"جمعية خواطر فن الثقافية قد سُجلت بموجب قانون الجمعيات رقم (51) لسنة 2008 وتعديلاته تاريخ 21/10/2021، ضمن اختصاص وزارة الثقافة، ومقرها الرئيسي: محافظة الزرقاء، ونطاق عملها الجغرافي: المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، والرقم الوطني للجمعية 2021031300274"
تم تنفيذ 6 إجراءات من الخطة التي تتكون من 18 إجراء، أي ما يعادل 33% منها
