Website notice version: 2026-09-20. This notice covers the interest-registration website, not any future regulated investment service.
Who is responsible for the information?
Registration is not yet enabled in this unconfigured website. The operator's identity, privacy contact and retention period must be published here before information can be collected.
The website must be configured with the responsible legal operator's name, contact address, privacy email, hosting details and retention period before collection is enabled. If those details are not available above, do not submit information; registrations are disabled in the supplied deployment.
What information can be collected?
Investor interest: name, email, optional phone, country, registering capacity, optional sector preferences and any message you choose to provide. This form does not request your income, net worth, bank details or intended investment budget.
Business interest: company or project name, optional website, country, sector, stage, company status, business summary, indicative company funding target, timeframe, use of funds, and the representative's name, role, email and optional phone.
Enquiries: name, email, enquiry topic and message. Consent choices, notice version, submission timestamp and a registration reference are recorded with each submission.
Do not provide national ID numbers, passport copies, payment-card information, account credentials, special-category personal information or confidential third-party records in these forms.
Why is information used?
Submitted details are used to review and respond to the stated interest or enquiry, manage follow-up and maintain a record of the request. The form asks for express consent for that purpose. Optional launch and educational emails are a separate, unchecked choice and are not required to register interest.
A registration is not automatically published, displayed as a campaign, shared with investors or used to make an investment decision. The supplied website does not perform automated eligibility or investment scoring. Any material new purpose requires appropriate notice and a lawful basis before use.
Who may access it?
Authorised operator personnel can access submissions through the password-protected administrative area. The configured hosting provider processes the website and its stored data. Any additional service provider, email platform or future regulated onboarding partner must be assessed and disclosed before it is used.
The supplied implementation does not sell registration details, include advertising trackers or send form contents to external analytics, generative AI or marketing services. An optional administrative email notification, when configured, contains only the submission type and reference, not the form contents.
Hosting, international transfers and safeguards
The configured hosting provider and country must be disclosed above before collection is enabled. The operator is responsible for assessing any cross-border processing, provider contracts and applicable data-protection requirements. No claim is made that every hosting plan satisfies Jordanian requirements.
The implementation supports HTTPS, server-side validation, anti-forgery controls, rate limiting, restricted administration and encryption of stored form content. No technical system can guarantee absolute security. The operator must maintain the hosting environment, credentials, access controls and backups.
How long is it kept?
The active retention period is displayed with the operator details above. The supplied configuration requires the operator to choose a period between 30 and 730 days. Records older than that period are removed on subsequent server access; the included maintenance command supports scheduled daily cleanup. The operator must apply the same policy to any exports, backups and external systems.
Essential anti-abuse records use a keyed hash of a connection's IP address and short-lived counters, not the address in plain text. They are retained for up to 24 hours, subject to cleanup on server access. The hosting provider may independently maintain web or security logs under its own retention settings, which the operator must review and disclose as needed.
Your requests and choices
You can ask about information held, request access or correction, seek erasure, restrict processing or withdraw consent, subject to applicable law and any lawful retention obligations. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing already carried out with consent.
Use the privacy email shown above, or select Privacy or data request in the contact form. Include your registration reference where possible, but do not send identity-document copies. Reasonable verification may be needed before a request is completed. An optional marketing choice can be withdrawn separately from the underlying enquiry.
Cookies and browser storage
The public content pages do not include advertising or analytics cookies. Opening an active form or the administrative area may set an essential first-party security session cookie for request verification and login protection. The supplied implementation does not save personal form contents in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Interactive checklist choices, sector filters and multi-step form state stay in the current page memory. Leaving or reloading the page can clear them. External links open third-party websites that have their own notices and practices.
Age and future services
The interest forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over as a website condition. This does not determine legal investment eligibility. Any future investment service would need a separate, complete privacy and onboarding notice suitable for the information and checks it requires.
Legal context: Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. This implementation notice is not a certification of legal compliance. The responsible operator must review the completed notice and its actual processing arrangements before collecting personal data.
